Lithium cell testing equipment, as a testing equipment for measuring voltage, current, resistance, capacitance and short-circuit, should be paid attention to when using it.

1. The multimeter must have electricity. When measuring the battery voltage, turn the knob into the DC voltage area. When measuring the voltage, connect the red test lead to the positive electrode of the battery and the black test lead to the negative electrode of the battery. Make sure that the test lead is in full contact with the lugs during measurement; after use, promptly Turn off the multimeter; if you use a multimeter to measure current, insert the test lead into the current hole, turn the knob into the DC current area, and connect the discharge circuit in series for measurement.

2. The current and voltage of the discharge meter are of great importance to the test results of the battery. Check whether the device has current and voltage, and whether the current and voltage of the device are accurate. The red wire of the single-discharge device is connected to the positive electrode of the battery and the black wire is connected to the negative electrode of the battery. Full contact, press the "start button" to start discharging, adjust the discharge current through the fine-tuning knob, switch the voltage, current, and time through the "switch button", press the "stop button" to directly stop halfway; after starting the device, use the multimeter To detect the consistency of the voltage of each battery and the display voltage of the device, and adjust the contact points at any time.

3. Perform regular proofreading of the equipment, including the cooling of the equipment, to ensure the normal operation of ventilation and fans. For single-discharge equipment, it is strictly forbidden to discharge the battery pack in series, otherwise the equipment will burn out, and it is strictly prohibited to short-circuit the output line during work; If the voltage is different, the data can be adjusted by adjusting the potentiometer on the circuit board; it is strictly forbidden to shut down immediately after the discharge is completed, and a cooling time of 5 minutes is guaranteed; the equipment is moisture-proof and waterproof, and it is strictly forbidden to invert.
